Description:

The Beijing Legal Seminar was a practical, immersive seminar focused on the role of China in international law and the nature of the Chinese legal system.  Topic areas included International Law and Global Security, Competition and Anti-Trust, Rule of Law and Administrative Governance, China and the WTO, the Chinese Legal System and Intellectual Property.
