Due to the time difference between the U.S. and Beijing, the results came in throughout the regular work day. From 8:00AM until late into the afternoon, U.S. television coverage was projected onto two large screens in the event space. Pizza and snacks were ordered to give the event a festive flair. Regarless of each person’s satisfaction with the outcome, we all learned a lot. Coming so soon after Professor Rosenberg’s talk, this real life experience reinforced his messages in an especially effective way.
